Lucy Chamberlain started her business 10 years ago at a challenging moment in her life. She set out from the start to make her business a safe space for women and has developed both herself and her business to make good on that. She has worked hard on her coaching abilities, taken C and C Search through the B-Corps registration process, and most recently, became W-Corps registered. Her non-profit academy is fully aligned with the business and has supported 10,000 women who were struggling to return to work. Instead of getting furious, she says to get curious, dive deep into complaints, and be prepared to have difficult conversations – it’s much better in the long run.
