At the launch of London’s new daily digital newspaper, Colin was introduced as a monthly columnist on employment issues in London and adviser to the board on their Shaping Minds And Raising Talents (SMART) programme. In his remarks, he explained how he had seen first-hand how an empathetic and patient employment style could enable people with chequered employment histories to settle into a role and thrive, benefiting themselves and the company.
