Stressing Values – Where Purpose Meets Performance
In my podcast Stressing Values, a captivating series of interviews, I engage with entrepreneurs from diverse business sectors across the nation, delving into their values and what drives them. Each interview not only sheds light on a crucial issue but also offers insightful solutions and best practices.
My unique approach to working with clients is to prioritise the key things that drive success but which also cause the most stress. I guide them through the three major challenges every businessperson encounters: planning, people, and getting paid. But I also emphasise the importance of the owner’s values, as I’ve discovered that when leveraged effectively, these can serve as a potent driver of growth and a safe harbour when things get stressful.
