As your business adviser, I can bring 35 years of lived experience as a founder and entrepreneur. I’ve learned the hard way what makes a good team and how to keep it humming. I’ve worked hard to understand my clients and deliver what they really want. I’ve managed cash flow through some genuinely scary moments and learnt how to keep functioning during crises.
I work with the whole board, offering straightforward advice and honest challenge based on what I’ve actually lived through. I help you see the blind spots, work through complex decisions, and avoid the traps that I’ve fallen into or watched others stumble on.
